You begin with a laboratory semen analysis — concentration, progressive motility, morphology and volume — entered with its collection conditions, because abstinence time and transport delay change what a number means. Alongside it, Seminal logs the modifiable inputs: sleep, diet, activity and protocol adherence, from your wearable or by hand.

02 — Explain

See where you sit, not a grade

Each parameter is shown on its WHO reference distribution — a position, not a pass or fail. Clinical values are never coloured red or green, because a reference limit is not a verdict. Every explanation names its evidence label, from established clinical determinant to insufficient for scoring.

03 — Improve

Work only the supported factors

Your 100-day protocol contains only supported modifiable factors — behaviours with consistent human evidence, some from intervention studies. Progress is tracked as a Seed Score of logged behaviour. It never includes clinical results, so a good week cannot average away a value that needs a clinician.

Findings that warrant escalation are shown separately, prominently, and cannot be dismissed.

04 — Re-test

Compare like with like

After a full spermatogenesis cycle, you re-test under matched collection conditions. Seminal compares the two analyses on the same reference strips and states plainly what changed, what stayed within normal variation, and what remains uncertain.
